Un nuovo approccio estende il Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering includendo i tempi necessari agli interventi di recupero e ripristino post-sisma delle strutture attraverso processi markoviani e curve di fragilità state-dependent, ovvero legate allo stato di danno attuale della struttura.
